Scope of Work
We work very systematically - Our MEP team will analyze your project requirements. We then submit a proposal with the scope of work, ensuring fast completion of projects, high-quality construction and accurate cost estimates.
Deliverables include:
Electrical system
- High voltage including lighting, power, etc.
- Low voltage systems including telephone, data, security (CCTV), etc.
- Substations, panel rooms, backup system (DG, UPS), transformers, etc.
- Load determination/ Calculation, sizing and space allocation
- Earthing System, cable trench/route, Single Line Diagrams
- Internal Electrification works
- Provision for Communication, cable TV, PA system and passive Networking
- Automation (only electrical provisions)
- External landscape electrical apart from the covered area (Electrical provision for landscape points provided by you

Plumbing/Public Health Engineering system
- Complete water supply- cold water, hot water system
- Complete disposal system and water treatment
- Capacity determination, sizing and space allocation
- External drainage plumbing with manholes
- External landscape supply
- Rainwater harvesting system
- Internal drainage and supply
- Terrace overhead tanks, Underground Tank, Harvesting Tank, Treated Tank
- RO, terrace ring supply
- Total work of WTP, Sewage:
- pipelines – total system + STP latest technology
- sewage water – treated water – return supply for toilets
- Storm Water Drainage within the periphery of the building

HVAC system
- Includes heating, ventilation and air conditioning work
- Evaluation of system requirements
- Load estimate/ heat load calculation, system design
- Air conditioning system for common areas as per client’s requirement. (If necessary)
- Toilet exhaust system
- Estimate, BOQ, technical specification and tender documents
Fire-Fighting system
- Including fire detection (i.e. Detector systems with alarms)
- Fire suppression work (i.e. hydrants, sprinklers, etc.)

Our Workflow
We take the following input files (as per project requirements):

We match the relevant MEP designers on your project - Our in-house MEP team has 15+ years of expertise for each service (Plumbing, Fire-fighting, Electrical & HVAC).
Work starts in the following phases:
Phase 1
Conceptual working
- Study of input drawings & questionnaires shared for getting all answers before beginning work to clarify all queries
- Selection of appropriate design in consultation with the architects and other consultants
- Preparation & Submission of conceptual drawings including the scheme of designs – conceptual routing, capacity & sizes, space planning – shaft placement to avoid elevation alteration in later stage, DB, panel & meter room placement, tank locations STP, UG Tanks, OH Tanks, Plumbing Plant Room, Substation, DGSets, HVAC Plant Room
- Preparation of preliminary DBR, outlining the system design and approximate costs, for budgetary purposes
Note: This will be a conceptual work that might change as per your comments.
Phase 2
Detail working
- Preparation of detailed design & DBR after approval of the preliminary DBR
- Providing information and drawings, wherever required. To enable architects/project managers to leave necessary and suitable provisions in the building during design and construction
- Preparation of detailed project drawings
- Preparation of tender documents and Bill of quantities, as required, for obtaining a quotation
- Site visits as required
Phase 3
GFC (Good for construction) / coordinated drawings
- Scrutiny of offers and assistance in selecting the most appropriate offer by submitting a Comprehensive Report to the architects/owners
- Preparation of GFC
- Approval of contractors shop drawings and materials
- Checking the progress of work and ensuring materials used and workmanship are as per specifications
- Supervising the final testing of the whole system as well as individual equipments
EC meets and NOC’s approvals
Our MEP consultants will assist you in meetings with the EC (Environmental commission, Environmental clearance) officer. Generally, 1-3 appointments are required for project sanctioning. Our team has taken EC meetings in all major cities, including Delhi, Mumbai and Jaipur.
During these meetings, we assist in discussions of:
- 1. Calculations and designs
- 2. Landscape planning
- 3. STP size, underground tank
- 4. Population of buildings
- 5. Harvesting pit
- 6. Sewer route
- 7. Rainwater route
- 8. Water supply route
- 9. Space planning like Electrical substation layout
- 10. kVA of transformer
- 11. Fire-fighting drawings
Officials provide the NOCs (No-objection Certificate) and approvals. We take meetings with the RERA department as well if needed to help in required submissions.
