Sales Head

Full-time

Build strategies and manage budget to increase reach and awareness of PillarPlus among architects across India
Manage, supervise and improve the efficiency of the current sales team of business executives, cold calling team and on-ground sales executives
Build strategies to address current business issues like building trust among customers, increasing project portfolio in new location, etc
Manage, hire and supervise manpower as we expand into newer cities
Analyse pricing, showing benefits of PillarPlus drawings and BOQs
Manage sales funnel to take continuous follow-ups from customers and increase client interactions
