1. Crew Planning for Western Railways Project Naman’s Master Thesis project is helping Western Railways, Mumbai to plan and schedule crew for trains running between Churchgate and Borivali. The work was published as a research paper in the prestigious OR conference in Germany, issued in the annual operations research book by Springer and got covered in national newspapers
2. Decentralised Solar Plant Model for Bihar, India Naman visited a remote village in Bihar for a week-long field trip to conduct a feasibility study of a decentralized solar plant model. This work was later submitted to Sri Pratyaya Amrit (IAS), Power Secretariat, Bihar and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India. Naman stayed at the house of Mrs. Ritu Jaiswal, Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Raj Singhwahini, Sitamarhi, Bihar. She is a member of Rashtriya Janata Dal.
